Issues with payment of visa fees

I was facing the same issue for days—tried multiple cards and even mobile money, but nothing worked. Finally, I reached out to their support team directly through live chat on the website and also dropped a message on WhatsApp. Honestly, I got a quick response, and they shared an alternate payment link that worked perfectly.

I tried several cards for days to no avail. It was mobile money that finally worked. Sharing to help someone. If you are using another persons mobile money account, let them be ready to validate. Mine kept bouncing untill it was validated.

I am having the same issues from the Netherlands. The bank is refusing the payment. Because the company that receives the payment has a weird name elvolve lifestyle ....and it's based in Nigeria.

Momo seems to be the only way to go. Banks have flagged the vendor, so all the usual payment merchants are reversing or flagging the payments.

Was anyone able to get their payment to go through ? I’ve been trying as well and have not been able to pay.

Success!
1. Add a payment card to Google Pay
2. Use Chrome to log in (Not Firefox etc), preferably on your Android phone, not a PC, ok to load documents etc on a PC, this is just for payment.
3. Try using your Google Pay, but no payment window will open.
4. Re-select Credit/debit card option
5. Enter the same card you added to Google Pay. Your phone will prompt you to use the one already saved
6. Enter the cvc number (which is not saved)
7. Press Go
8. Keep your fingers crossed.
My guess is the phone uses the Google Pay option, which uses a virtual account for payment, then debits your real card, which bypasses the grief caused by using the real card on a PC.

Same issue here. Date is 04/11/2025. Have tried 2 different credit/ debit cards, same error. Have emailed the email address of the payment site: dbs.payment@evisacam.com, still waiting to hear from them.

No dates on the posts here. 11/04/2025. 3 banks, including Ecobank in Bamenda, multiple errors. Have emailed but who knows if they will reply.

Same issue here. Sent an email to the payment support and no responses yet. Been a couple of weeks and all banks are flagging as fraud, no matter if I or they allow the payment. Please help

I have been trying since yesterday to pay for my visa. I tried three different credit cards and one debit card, and all of them were dined. All my bank's customer services said they would not allow transactions with that "fraudulent" website. Does anyone have any alternative to how to pay? Does MOMO or Orange Money work?

I have this same issue. I have written to the email address shown on the screen and I have even tried calling the embassy to no avail. Any ideas? Did you get this issue resolved? Thanks
